Vanessa has founded 25 companies; 17 of those with revenues of $25m - $200m per year in recurring revenues.
She has established & led her own businesses and teams across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Europe, UK, US and South Africa.
Raised more than $200m in capital, acquired and sold more than 20 businesses.
She has worked with almost every major retailer globally and has had partnerships with brands including Warner Bros, Mattel, Nickelodeon, Lucas Films, Disney, Philips, Kodak, Samsung, Apple, Walmart, Tesco, Woolworths, Coles, Costco, Kroger, Anaconda, BCF, Aldi, Bunnings, Officeworks, Home Depot, Target and dozens more.
She is a Non-Executive Director on 5 Boards and Chairs 4 of them and has experience in scaling Consumer Brands, B2B and Software Solutions companies globally. As an investor she has worked alongside 50+ founders to scale and successfully exit their businesses, many of which are now investing themselves into the next generation of founders.
As a wife and mother of 4 children she also understands intimately the challenges that women can face when founding, scaling, capitalising, resourcing and successfully exiting global businesses.
She knows how to scale and how to scale fast and is passionate about supporting female founders with the right mentors, network and the tools to help make the journey a little easier.
